junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was actually set up outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the buildings were some really excellent older antenna designs regardless of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average person doesn’t desire a huge antenna on their roof regardless of the better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had pretty much any kind of av cable and adapter possible this used to be my preferred area since i’m likewise a wedding event videographer and many times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable television needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for mounting an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had automobile stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
