junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was really installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the buildings were some truly excellent older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to offer and show it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the average individual does not want a big antenna on their roofing despite the better performance or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had basically any kind of av cable and adapter you can possibly imagine this used to be my favorite area due to the fact that i’m likewise a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack close-by i could stop at unfortunately that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smartphone accessories including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the shop had automobile stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get filthy
