Batteries Radioshack 2022

In terms of this post and Batteries Radioshack…Radio Shack a lot of you probably think the store has actually been opted for years after all the business filed for insolvency in 2015 and closed most company-owned shops a couple of years later the key word there is company-owned shops dealership stores that were owned by independent company owner stayed open one of them occurred to be within a half and an hour drive at my place new holland pennsylvania amish country here’s some shots of the outside of the radio shack what i actually loved is how the structure sort of resembled a real shack here’s the inside of the radio shack it looks exactly as i remember pretty much any type of electronic or accessory can think of this shop probably has the very first wall included a lot of cb radios and antennas the wall behind the counter held batteries and chargers as some of you probably keep in mind to the right of the counter was a wall with some antennas including the notorious antenna i inform people not to buy but they buy it anyhow for those of you who are not knowledgeable about what i think of this design here is a short clip this design it’s junk scrap

What happened to RadioShack? Batteries Radioshack

scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was actually set up outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna design is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some truly good older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the typical individual doesn’t desire a huge antenna on their roof in spite of the much better performance or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had pretty much any sort of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my preferred area due to the fact that i’m likewise a wedding event videographer and sometimes i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable required for the microphone during the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack close-by i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery ports and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had car stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
