junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact installed outdoors and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical lags the buildings were some actually great older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to offer and show it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the typical person does not desire a huge antenna on their roof in spite of the much better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had basically any kind of av cable television and adapter possible this used to be my preferred area due to the fact that i’m also a wedding videographer and many times i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable television needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery ports and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think accessories for installing an outdoor antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device accessories including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
