scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was really set up outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the structures were some actually good older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna model i can understand why the owners choose to sell and show it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the typical individual does not want a big antenna on their roof in spite of the much better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had basically any sort of av cable television and adapter possible this used to be my favorite area due to the fact that i’m likewise a wedding videographer and many times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i could stop at unfortunately that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery connectors and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for mounting an outdoor antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smartphone accessories including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the shop had car stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
