junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was really installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some actually excellent older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners choose to sell and display it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average individual doesn’t want a big antenna on their roofing despite the better efficiency or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had pretty much any type of av cable and adapter possible this used to be my favorite section due to the fact that i’m also a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable needed for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack nearby i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outdoor antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had automobile stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
