scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna design is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the structures were some really excellent older antenna models regardless of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to offer and display it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the average individual does not want a big antenna on their roof regardless of the better performance or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next style had pretty much any type of av cable television and adapter imaginable this utilized to be my favorite area due to the fact that i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable television required for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery connectors and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cables and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smart device accessories including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the shop had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
