Is Chestnut St Radioshack Still Open 2022

In terms of this post and Is Chestnut St Radioshack Still Open…Radio Shack many of you most likely think the shop has been chosen years after all the business applied for personal bankruptcy in 2015 and closed most company-owned shops a couple of years later the keyword there is company-owned shops dealership stores that were owned by independent company owner stayed open among them happened to be within an hour and a half drive at my place brand-new holland pennsylvania amish country here’s some shots of the outside of the radio shack what i actually liked is how the structure sort of resembled a real shack here’s the inside of the radio shack it looks exactly as i remember pretty much any sort of electronic or device can think about this shop probably has the very first wall included a lot of cb radios and antennas the wall behind the counter held batteries and battery chargers as some of you most likely remember to the right of the counter was a wall with some antennas featuring the notorious antenna i tell people not to buy but they buy it anyway for those of you who are not knowledgeable about what i think of this model here is a brief clip this model it’s scrap junk

What happened to RadioShack? Is Chestnut St Radioshack Still Open

junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact installed outdoors and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some really good older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the typical person does not desire a big antenna on their roofing system in spite of the much better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had basically any kind of av cable television and adapter you can possibly imagine this used to be my preferred section since i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery connectors and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for installing an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
