scrap this piece of junk [Music] the design was in fact installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some really excellent older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and show it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the average person doesn’t want a big antenna on their roofing in spite of the much better efficiency or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had pretty much any kind of av cable and adapter possible this utilized to be my preferred section because i’m also a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable needed for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i might stop at unfortunately that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for installing an outdoor antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cables and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device devices including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
