junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the buildings were some actually good older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners choose to sell and show it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the typical individual doesn’t want a big antenna on their roofing despite the much better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had practically any kind of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my favorite section since i’m also a wedding event videographer and many times i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable television required for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery adapters and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think accessories for installing an outdoor antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cables and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the shop had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
