junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was in fact set up outdoors and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the buildings were some actually excellent older antenna models regardless of my criticism of this antenna model i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the typical person does not want a huge antenna on their roof in spite of the better efficiency or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next style had pretty much any type of av cable television and adapter possible this used to be my preferred section due to the fact that i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable television required for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack close-by i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery ports and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outdoor antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cables and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had car stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
