scrap this piece of junk [Music] the design was actually installed outdoors and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical lags the structures were some actually great older antenna designs regardless of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and show it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average individual doesn’t desire a huge antenna on their roofing regardless of the much better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had basically any kind of av cable and adapter possible this used to be my preferred section due to the fact that i’m also a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable needed for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack nearby i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery adapters and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cables and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the shop had vehicle stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
