junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was really set up outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some really good older antenna models regardless of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners choose to offer and display it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the average individual does not want a big antenna on their roof despite the better efficiency or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had practically any type of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my favorite area because i’m also a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable required for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack neighboring i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for mounting an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone accessories including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had automobile stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
