scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact set up outdoors and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the buildings were some actually great older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to offer and display it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the typical person does not want a huge antenna on their roof regardless of the much better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had practically any sort of av cable and adapter imaginable this utilized to be my favorite area because i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable television required for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack neighboring i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery connectors and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for mounting an outdoor antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had automobile stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
