junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was in fact set up outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the structures were some actually excellent older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to offer and display it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average individual doesn’t want a big antenna on their roof in spite of the much better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had pretty much any kind of av cable and adapter possible this used to be my preferred section since i’m likewise a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery ports and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
