Radioshack Evansville In Eastland Mall 2022

In terms of this post and Radioshack Evansville In Eastland Mall…Radio Shack a lot of you probably believe the store has been opted for years after all the company applied for bankruptcy in 2015 and closed most company-owned stores a couple of years later the key word there is company-owned shops dealership shops that were owned by independent company owner stayed open one of them took place to be within a half and an hour drive at my area new holland pennsylvania amish nation here’s some shots of the outside of the radio shack what i really enjoyed is how the building kind of resembled an actual shack here’s the within the radio shack it looks precisely as i keep in mind pretty much any type of electronic or accessory can think of this store probably has the very first wall included a bunch of cb radios and antennas the wall behind the counter held batteries and battery chargers as some of you most likely remember to the right of the counter was a wall with some antennas including the infamous antenna i tell people not to buy but they buy it anyhow for those of you who are not aware of what i consider this design here is a short clip this design it’s junk scrap

What happened to RadioShack? Radioshack Evansville In Eastland Mall

junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was actually installed outdoors and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the structures were some really good older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and show it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the typical person does not desire a huge antenna on their roof in spite of the much better performance or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next style had practically any kind of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my favorite section because i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for installing an outdoor antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cables and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone accessories including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had vehicle stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
