scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was really installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the structures were some actually great older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners choose to sell and display it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the average individual does not want a big antenna on their roofing despite the much better efficiency or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had pretty much any kind of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my preferred area due to the fact that i’m also a wedding event videographer and often times i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle featured fuses battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outdoor antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cables and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone accessories including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had vehicle stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
