scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was really installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is understood to not carry out well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some really excellent older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna model i can understand why the owners decide to sell and show it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the average person does not want a big antenna on their roofing regardless of the better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next style had practically any type of av cable television and adapter you can possibly imagine this used to be my favorite area since i’m also a wedding videographer and sometimes i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at unfortunately that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery adapters and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cables and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone accessories including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them styles in the middle of the shop had automobile stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
