junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was really installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some actually great older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to offer and show it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the typical individual does not want a huge antenna on their roofing in spite of the better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had basically any type of av cable television and adapter you can possibly imagine this used to be my favorite section since i’m also a wedding event videographer and sometimes i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable required for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack nearby i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smartphone accessories including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had car stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
