scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was actually set up outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so paradoxical lags the buildings were some really great older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna model i can understand why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the average person doesn’t want a huge antenna on their roofing system in spite of the much better efficiency or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had basically any sort of av cable and adapter possible this utilized to be my preferred section due to the fact that i’m also a wedding event videographer and many times i would go to a wedding event and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone during the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle featured merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think accessories for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the shop had car stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
