scrap this piece of junk [Music] the design was actually installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not carry out well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some truly good older antenna designs despite my criticism of this antenna model i can understand why the owners choose to offer and show it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the typical individual doesn’t want a big antenna on their roof regardless of the better performance or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had pretty much any kind of av cable and adapter you can possibly imagine this utilized to be my favorite area due to the fact that i’m also a wedding videographer and often times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable television required for the microphone during the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for mounting an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device accessories including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had car stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
