scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact set up outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic is behind the structures were some really excellent older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can comprehend why the owners decide to sell and display it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the average person does not want a huge antenna on their roofing in spite of the better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had basically any sort of av cable television and adapter you can possibly imagine this used to be my preferred section since i’m also a wedding videographer and sometimes i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable needed for the microphone throughout the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery ports and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think devices for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cables and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smart device accessories including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get filthy
