In terms of this post and Radioshack Milford New Hampshire…Radio Shack many of you probably think the shop has been chosen years after all the business declared bankruptcy in 2015 and closed most company-owned stores a few years later the key word there is company-owned shops dealership shops that were owned by independent company owner remained open among them happened to be within an hour and a half drive at my place new holland pennsylvania amish country here’s some shots of the outside of the radio shack what i truly loved is how the structure sort of looked like a real shack here’s the inside of the radio shack it looks precisely as i keep in mind basically any sort of electronic or accessory can consider this store probably has the first wall consisted of a bunch of cb radios and antennas the wall behind the counter held batteries and battery chargers as some of you most likely keep in mind to the right of the counter was a wall with some antennas including the notorious antenna i inform individuals not to buy but they buy it anyhow for those of you who are not knowledgeable about what i think of this design here is a short clip this model it’s junk junk
What happened to RadioShack? Radioshack Milford New Hampshire
scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was actually installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some really good older antenna models in spite of my criticism of this antenna model i can comprehend why the owners choose to sell and show it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average person doesn’t desire a big antenna on their roof in spite of the better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had practically any kind of av cable and adapter you can possibly imagine this utilized to be my preferred section since i’m also a wedding videographer and many times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery adapters and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for mounting an outdoor antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had car stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
