scrap this piece of junk [Music] the design was really installed outside and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some actually good older antenna designs despite my criticism of this antenna model i can comprehend why the owners choose to sell and display it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average individual doesn’t desire a big antenna on their roof despite the much better performance or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had pretty much any sort of av cable television and adapter you can possibly imagine this utilized to be my favorite area because i’m also a wedding event videographer and many times i would go to a wedding event and forget a particular audio cable television required for the microphone throughout the event and there ‘d always be a radio shack close-by i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and devices some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smart device devices including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the shop had cars and truck stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get filthy
