junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was in fact set up outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the structures were some actually great older antenna designs in spite of my criticism of this antenna model i can comprehend why the owners choose to offer and display it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the average individual doesn’t desire a big antenna on their roof in spite of the much better performance or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next style over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had pretty much any type of av cable television and adapter imaginable this utilized to be my favorite section due to the fact that i’m also a wedding event videographer and sometimes i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable required for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i could stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery connectors and a bunch of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cables and devices some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them styles in the middle of the shop had car stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
