Reynoldsburg Radioshack 2022

In terms of this post and Reynoldsburg Radioshack…Radio Shack much of you most likely believe the shop has actually been gone for years after all the company filed for personal bankruptcy in 2015 and closed most company-owned stores a few years later on the keyword there is company-owned shops dealer stores that were owned by independent business owners remained open one of them happened to be within a half and an hour drive at my area brand-new holland pennsylvania amish country here’s some shots of the beyond the radio shack what i truly liked is how the building sort of resembled an actual shack here’s the inside of the radio shack it looks exactly as i remember practically any kind of electronic or device can think about this shop probably has the very first wall included a bunch of cb radios and antennas the wall behind the counter held batteries and battery chargers as a few of you most likely remember to the right of the counter was a wall with some antennas including the infamous antenna i inform people not to buy however they buy it anyhow for those of you who are not aware of what i consider this model here is a brief clip this model it’s junk junk

What happened to RadioShack? Reynoldsburg Radioshack

junk this piece of junk [Music] the design was actually installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i expected it was not getting the abc affiliate whtm which relays on the vhf band this antenna model is known to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the structures were some really good older antenna designs regardless of my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to offer and display it it’s smaller sized and more customer friendly the average person does not want a huge antenna on their roofing despite the much better efficiency or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next style had basically any kind of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my preferred area since i’m also a wedding event videographer and many times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d always be a radio shack nearby i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery connectors and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think accessories for mounting an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the very same wall there were video cables and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the shop had automobile stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cables computer cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can actually purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get dirty
