scrap this piece of junk [Music] the model was really installed outside and hooked into a tv set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which broadcasts on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical is behind the buildings were some actually great older antenna designs regardless of my criticism of this antenna model i can understand why the owners decide to sell and show it it’s smaller and more consumer friendly the average person doesn’t want a huge antenna on their roofing in spite of the much better efficiency or in this case acquiring the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had basically any sort of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my preferred section because i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone during the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack close-by i might stop at unfortunately that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you think accessories for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and mobile phone devices including this truly cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them designs in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo devices speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally purchase a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
