junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was in fact installed outdoors and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna model is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so ironic lags the buildings were some really great older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners decide to offer and show it it’s smaller and more customer friendly the typical person does not want a huge antenna on their roofing in spite of the much better efficiency or in this case getting the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had walkie-talkies and some diodes the next design had practically any kind of av cable television and adapter possible this utilized to be my preferred section since i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a particular audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the event and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack neighboring i could stop at regrettably that’s no longer the case another aisle included fuses battery ports and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe devices for installing an outside antenna mounting brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the exact same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some two-way radios phone wires phones themselves and smartphone devices including this actually cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios take a look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had car stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cable televisions computer system cables blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
