junk this piece of junk [Music] the model was actually set up outdoors and hooked into a television set i went through the channels and just as i anticipated it was not picking up the abc affiliate whtm which transmits on the vhf band this antenna design is understood to not perform well for vhf what’s so paradoxical lags the buildings were some actually excellent older antenna models despite my criticism of this antenna design i can understand why the owners choose to offer and display it it’s smaller sized and more consumer friendly the average individual does not desire a big antenna on their roofing in spite of the much better performance or in this case gaining the harrisburg abc affiliate the next design over had two-way radios and some diodes the next design had pretty much any sort of av cable television and adapter imaginable this used to be my favorite area because i’m also a wedding event videographer and lot of times i would go to a wedding and forget a specific audio cable television needed for the microphone throughout the ceremony and there ‘d constantly be a radio shack close-by i might stop at sadly that’s no longer the case another aisle included merges battery adapters and a lot of wires here’s a wall of transistors and would you believe accessories for installing an outside antenna installing brackets amplifiers and even a rotator as i continued down the same wall there were video cable televisions and accessories some walkie-talkies phone wires phones themselves and smart device devices including this really cool bluetooth cassette adapter it can’t be a radio shack without radios look at all of them styles in the middle of the store had cars and truck stereo accessories speaker wire ethernet cables computer cable televisions blank media and whoa blank cassette tapes at this radio shack i can literally buy a cassette deck record onto a blank cassette and if the heads get unclean
